I don't think the US government is quite sure of that, to be honest. You're seeing a lot of contradictory lines of communication. And I think it's indicative of just sort of how Amateur, the current lineup is. Yeah, well, evidently, the original draft of what Hegseth was going to say alluded to the Istanbul deal in the early part of the war, which the Russians keep citing as evidence that the Ukrainians missed an opportunity to end the war. Complete Fugazi nonsense. It was really bad.
