First off, the main reason for that is I don't know how to fucking make the drinks.

You don't need to wait to be told to do something because you can look around and you can solve issues on your own.
I invest in the people at the shop.
I don't take a dime out of that shop.
All the money goes back into it.
I pay them as much as I possibly can.
I try to retain people to the highest level that we possibly can.
I reward them at the six month mark and the 12 month mark when they're there at the store.
The culture at that store is not only my responsibility, but the manager's responsibility.
And it has impact because it's a first job for a lot of people.
