I don't know what to say about his decision to resign.
So what you almost immediately saw was people saying, well, he's only resigning because he was under investigation for leaking classified information.
Maybe, I don't know.
So I'll wait until an investigation can produce actual results on that or not.
He is saying he had access to information saying that Iran wasn't a threat.
I don't know if that's real or not.
So I'm gonna have to wait for more people.
What I do find interesting is that when pressed, when Tulsi Gabbard was testifying before Congress, did you see what she said?
She said, essentially, I'm paraphrasing, that only the president of the United States can determine whether or not there is an imminent threat.
And when she said that,
it didn't strike me as being correct.
And,
for a couple reasons.
Okay, well one, let's walk the dog on this a little bit.
What if tomorrow, since Trump is the only person who is able to determine whether or not there's an imminent threat, regardless of the intelligence apparatus underneath him, he goes, Canada's an imminent threat.
Does that mean we get to strike Canada?
Because he is the only person in the intelligence apparatus, or is the final, he might be the final say as the commander in chief, but is his decision and his decisional load and his interpretation alone?
