So I'm thinking that maybe she had let down... And so I'm yelling her name to pick up. And so when she finally answered, she just yelled my name. From that first moment, I thought maybe she was getting into an altercation with another student. And I know that's not her. And so I kept telling her to calm down. I can't understand what you're saying. And I asked her to do that several times.
