So it was all this, it was taking too much time.

And for some reason, the Mexican specialties lady just ended up giving up her lease.

Yeah, so we had actually offered to pay a bit of money, and then they just gave it up, and so we went straight to the landlord, being like, we want this space.

Oh my gosh, imagine that.

No, we just wanted more space, because mint is tiny.

Yeah.

So that's how the studio came about.

Yeah, just so we could take the lease over.

Oh, I see.

Because we didn't want someone else buying it and moving in.

So we're like, well, we'll have to pay something if we want this lease.

And then it was the best result ever.

We didn't have to pay them for a business that was closing and we could set it up how we wanted.

Yeah.

We also started a little cookbook club.

Yeah, well, this is fun because it's a free community event.

And so, yeah, first of every month for Sunday, we have a cookbook club where anyone can come.

And so we pick a theme and you just have to cook from a physical book.

And then come along, make that dish, and everyone just sits down and enjoys some food for the afternoon.

It's actually really cool doing something for free because my brain is so money focused.
