And so I think that making that thing for yourself is perfect practice for...

filling the gaps and solving the problems that the adults haven't figured out yet you know because an adult like you would think i mean i'm not coming down on any of these organizations but you would hope that every organization no matter who you are how old you are like has something of like you can do this and and the fact that they haven't done that means that they are either

running ragged to the point of just being too busy to think about that sort of thing, or they haven't grown enough yet to have a position for everybody that wants to get involved.

And so that is also part of what it means to bring about a new position and fulfill it yourself that will, yeah, it just helps them exponentially because it's something they weren't thinking of.
