What do we think of Palmer?
I don't think Chelsea have done any favours by making him the focal point superstar of this team.
Now, City were probably doing the opposite and going way too far the other way of trying to hold him down and make him a young kid with potential for the rest of his life.
But I don't know if he's got too much too soon at Chelsea here.
It just doesn't feel like they're getting the most out of him.
Maybe that's a good example then to go against what I was going to say, which is hard to put the toothpaste back in the tube if you're Cole Palmer and you've been told, you know, we're going to play around you for the last three years and then someone comes in with a bit more...
