I think morally it's wrong, but unfortunately the money situation and that picture seems to be kind of clouding any sort of moral issues or principles and it seems to negate any patience.

Like at county level, because it's an amateur status game, of course, a lot of them will get a lot of stick if things don't go well and results don't go well.
But there's not the same veracity to kind of to get rid of them, get them to sack them.
You know, I love our club just like you love our club.
It's a big part of my life and has been for decades.
And I'm not enjoying this bit of the journey.
