what England will look like once they start playing.
And at that point, I think the main reason they possibly won't win it, which is in these sort of conditions,
Conserving energy is going to be the biggest.
So the kind of the mid-block that France play, this is suddenly where Deschamps, and there's a lot of questions around Deschamps and his use of his team, how it's already gone very stale.
But suddenly his kind of mid-block approach with some attackers allowed to be released in moments that may suit, but that's still not as influential as just being able to keep the ball.
And England, it's maybe the great irony of how English football has gone over the past few years.
They're certainly producing an abundance of playmakers, but what they need is actually some of that technical ability a bit further back in the pitch to actually... Like, Elliot Anderson can do it to a degree, but he can't do it like Rodri.
He can't do it like Zubimendi, despite Zubimendi's fatigue issue.
And I suppose that points to the one thing with Spain.
I think, yeah, Spain...
should be the favorites.
I think they are the best team in the world.
They've also got an ideology, I think, which amplifies teams and is not really true of most international sides.
But the big question over them is one that's going to be a massive theme of this tournament, which is fatigue, fitness, exhaustion.
And that's like, and they, so Spain have had more injury, more direct injury issues than pretty much all the major sides.
Obviously Yamada is going in from this hamstring injury.
Um,
Fermin Lopez, who was considered our kind of big impact player, he's out of the tournament with a metal tarsal.
The one thing about that, though, I wonder is that could flip on its head as a tournament gets into its knockout stages, where suddenly players that have been injured, like Yamal, like Marino, they've actually had a bit of a rest and are fresher for the key matches.
That happened to Iniesta in 2010, whereas countries like England then start to suffer injuries as the tournament goes on.
