What happens to the footage that the FBI released is that this blur bar and you can see this from heat map, just heat distortion maps. You can see this just visually, even when you just zoom in, that the eyes and only the eyes get blurred at the exact frames when you should be able to identify the pipe bomber. So, for example, the one that I released this week and I have another one.

that I'll be posting this week as well, is there's a camera that's only 20 feet away from the pipe bomber. As he looks back, it makes direct eye contact with that camera. 20 feet away. That is just a three-point shot, which means a simple zoom would be able to go to the person's eyes. That person was wearing transparent glasses.

Everything else becomes clear about the person, their clothing, the bag they're wearing, but the eyes get blurred in this hard... extremely visible in your face, blocking out of the eyeballs.
