It was a lot of money. Everyone was like, well, you're being cheap. Like, it's such an expensive house. I'm like, it's my money. Like, I've worked hard to build this equity in this house. And I don't want it. Just give it away. I want to pay someone for their services, of course, but I don't want to just light it on fire just because there's a system that's forcing me to.
