And like, and yeah, exactly.
That's wisdom.
I think so, right?
It's like a good teacher.
The teachers that we liked the most that influenced me at least, or those who didn't give me all the answers.
They were the ones who were trying to find a way to give me the right questions so that I could figure it out.
They had faith that I had something inside of me that could go and do it and weren't trying to put it into me.
And that's, I think the good, healthy, good, like the honest Platonists who are authentic will tend to do that.
The dishonest sort of Neoplatonic school will tend to not do that.
They'll tend to put things into, but they won't.
Or they'll play as though they have mysterious knowledge that when you really, really provoke them or encourage a conversation dialectically, they actually turn out that they don't have this mysterious knowledge that they want to project as an aura of like, I've got this.
smoky wisdom that I know, but then how did you come to that?

And then when they do, there's usually an inability to demonstrate that they've earned that confidence.
I guess it all kind of has its place.

And I was just wondering to myself, you know, you funded Esalen, a lot of the SRI operations you were funding, you were funding a lot of the Human Potential Foundation, you were funding so many, Terence McKenna's operation, you were funding that, the Green Earth Foundation.
