We're not going to repeat the mistakes we made almost 20 years ago with Section 230 amnesty and antitrust amnesty that created Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple, these trillion-dollar big tech oligarchs that rush competition, cancel conservatives, and shutter small businesses.

We can't do that again.

this AI amnesty would be Section 230 on steroids, and we're not going to make the mistakes from Section 230.
