So, obviously, they're appealing this ruling, at least, and both were dismissed without prejudice, which means that the indictments can be brought again.

The Comey one's a little trickier.

I know Mike Davis has addressed this already with the statute of limitations.

But this is the sort of mess

that the DOJ and Trump administration is dealing with on their own, while Congress sits and does absolutely nothing to remedy this real constitutional crisis in our judiciary.
