Let's step back and just remind the war room posse how we got to where we are today.

Back in 1996, the Communications Decency Act got enacted by Congress and included Section 230.

And Section 230 gave these baby tech platforms of the time this broad amnesty from lawsuits.

And maybe there's a time and place for protecting some of these –
