The California Post reporting about a Florida cop who pulled over a woman because he said he saw her with a cell phone in her right hand.

And her response is going pretty viral.

It also, this video just kind of shows that this cop is kind of an asshole and some cops are assholes.

But it's amazing how this cop does not back down when the woman has the ultimate comeback to,

Yeah, she was charged with a – they gave her a ticket.

She challenged it in court.

And the court hearing was canceled due to lack of evidence, lack of a hand.
