Nice job, man.
I mean, the athleticism just jumps out at you.
And there's a sure talent, everyone on this roster.
And, you know, like I said previously,
It was a tough year for a lot of those guys, and they went through some adversity.
So these guys bouncing back, they're going to have a little chip on the shoulder, and it's already going into the offseason with the way these guys are working.
So for me, it's just making sure me and my coaching staff put these guys in the best chance to succeed and let their talents come to fruition.
And we're going to double down on their strengths and what makes them great.
but also we're going to talk to the players and listen to them.
Like I said, the players play, and it will be tough for us as a coaching staff to come in and dictate how we want things done.
The players are going to lead that, and it will be a collaborative effort with the players and our coaching staff and also with the front office because that's what high-functioning organizations do.
It's a collaborative effort across the board because we're all here to support our players, and our players have to feel that, and they will.
Yeah, it's funny.
When I first started coaching in the minor leagues, I remember talking to my wife, Genevieve, of like, now that I'm a coach, do I have to change who I am?
Do I have to change the music I listen to?
And it was just a joke and laughing, but I'm just going to be me.
That's all I know.
You know, players want to know who's in their corner that's authentic and real, and they need a sounding board and someone that they can talk to.
And, like, yeah, tough conversations always happen.
Like, it's a part of the game.
