So this is all on the NFL for allowing this thing to happen.
It's funny, I felt like I was screaming into the wilderness alone for a year about the Brady conflict of interest.
I had other people who cover sports media trying to shout me down over it.
It's like, this is a real thing.
And boom, the Dolphins are taking advantage of it too.
And Troy Aikman is clearly, clearly partial to the Dolphins.
He has a bias for the Dolphins.
I can't wait to see how ESPN handles it the next time the Dolphins are on Monday Night Football.
And I had at least one team reach out to me and say, stay on this Aikman thing.
I don't think the teams want to be in this business of going out and hiring broadcasters to do double duty and funnel information to them.
I also think there have probably been some arrangements we don't know about.
And I think that should be part of this conversation.
This is the kind of thing that should never happen.
I think if you're working in the NFL broadcast media ecosystem and you naturally have access to certain information that isn't available publicly, I don't think those folks should be working on the side directly for a team, whether we know about it or whether we don't.
Thanks, Mike.
Have a great week.
Great talking to you.
