Maybe that's the breakdown.

A poorly managed environment in general.

Realistically, and I'm not trying to change the scenario here.

But the second one, those are technical problems.

Those are far more solvable than people problems.

Right.

And the reality is, if you have some people who really know the environment, and if they leave, everything comes crashing down.

you're really going to be in bad shape.

And that is where you're going to end up with a big issue versus, it's kind of like the known knowns versus the known unknowns and the unknown unknowns.

Well, the first scenario is something is about to happen.

The second one is something has.

But both of them are something will happen.
