It's beginner, intermediate, advanced is what they're doing.

And then the cumulative of their new big exam.

But that allows you to do all three in the same environment through them.

So...

You know, in their training and their exam, they give you all the ways to do it and kind of let you figure out what you want to do.

Okay, so that's an exam.

That's one thing you can kind of figure out where to go, but how do you do that on a day-to-day operation?

It's one thing if I'm a single person shop and I'm the person writing the code in the office, I'm the person taking out the field, I'm the person commissioning it, I'm the person supporting it.

Okay, do whatever works for me.

But that's really not realistic for, I think, a lot of us anymore.

we're working as teams, you know, the folks who are writing the code, not necessarily the ones testing the code, the ones supporting the code anymore.

It's not the single programmer.

I'm the guy who opens up my laptop, you know, that it was, uh,

20 years ago, 10 years ago in AV programming.

So how, as much as I might like a certain method of programming, is it the way the next person that's gonna touch it is gonna be able to handle it, right?

I could spend four days writing a combinable system in C Sharp, and it's in whatever language, C Sharp, Lua, Groovy, whatever that, Python, whatever that be.
