So this was junior year of high school.

I had just been dumped for the first time.

And I decided, I was like, oh, you know what?

I'll give myself a little vacation.

So I went down to Florida to visit my grandparents.

And it was like February.

Weather was great.

I had a good time.

And I'm coming back.

And I fly from like...

Florida to like Atlanta to LaGuardia and then Burlington.

I get to LaGuardia at like I think like 7.30 or something and I mean I didn't know it at the time but we were in the middle of the winter's biggest snowstorm that year and so I'm in the airport and it's snowing and flight from LaGuardia to Burlington is delayed like two hours or something.

It's like 9.30 now, and it gets delayed again.

I'm like, okay, it's getting a little late.

I call my mom, and I was like, hey, the flight's been delayed a little bit.

It's snowing pretty hard, and she panics.

And so she's trying to find all these ways to get me home, and she's like, you know what?

Just go home.

get a hotel somewhere in New York.

She's like, go talk to the front desk.
