Yeah, I mean, you know, it's like I've had.
Obviously, in the past, I've had good seasons before, but nothing compares to having one of the best seasons you've ever had at the highest level of baseball you can play.
So I think for me, still as a younger guy, though, too, it's like, okay, looking at the year, how do I repeat that?
What can I do?
And what was my mindset going into the year to begin with that I can continue to still have?
Because the worst thing I'd want to do is, you know, oh, I had a lot of success, whatever.
And, like, it's easy to, like, think you're maybe supposed to, like, just naturally supposed to get good results.
You know, which is, like, the totally wrong way to approach baseball.
It's too hard.
It's a game of failure.
So for me, like what I continue on is like, okay, you got to take care of the basics.
First pitch strikes, two strikes before two balls, like the two out of three, you know, off speed for strikes, controlling the running game, like all the little things still matter a lot.
What I think I have now though, which I didn't have last year until I experienced it was just like pitching in all different types of situations.
So yeah,
extra innings, save opportunities, starts, middle innings, how to take care of myself throughout the year.
Those are the things that I think I can continue to build on to be like, okay, what do I notice about the other guys around the league too that have continued to do this for a while?
And one of the things I've noticed about all the guys who have
become a free agent, signed a contract, stay in the league for a while.
It's like, they're still always working on something like can always work on something.
So like for this year already, um, which not many people know, but like, I'm starting to develop like a different type of slider.
