But, you know, that's just where the game's at right now.
Yeah, I think so, because everything now is graded on like a stock model.
And I do think stuff is important, like 100 percent.
Like you want to have good stuff.
um because that's how you get guys out but like what is good stuff and like how does that look like for you and your arsenal um that's what i think is most important like how does your arsenal tie together um like and some guys look so there are guys out there in the game who have a two pitch mix and they don't throw very hard but one of their you know their sweeper their slider is like an outlier and they throw it a lot which i think is fine like that's that's just part of what they do um
But I think in terms of analytically, I think it impacts a lot.
I do, because it's either a lot of stuff is expected now, a lot of stuff is, like, weighted differently compared to, like, what actually happened, you know, what's, like, a true outcome.
Like, I'm more of a guy when it comes to, like, analytics, more, like, process-based stuff.
So it's, like, first pitch strike, you know, getting two out of three, getting two strikes within the first three pitches.
Like, that stuff's, like...
Yes, it's charted and it's a percentage, but it's not a computer system.
Like that stuff really matters.
But, you know, at the same time, I think there are some analytical columns and stuff like that that have value.
You know, they can tell you, you know, if you're playing in, for example, like this past year at Steinbrenner, like the ball's flying there.
And if you're giving up a lot of like 80-something mile per hour fly ball homers,
Like, in reality, at probably 28, 29 other ballparks in the country, you're not giving up those homers.
So there's certain stuff like that where you can see it, but I do think some of this stuff is probably getting a little over the top now.
Yeah, yeah, 100%, 100%.
Well, the first one off the top of my head is pretty easy.
Aaron Judge is just, you know, he's a monster.
