Neil, you've already answered this, but I want confirmation.

Neil, great pleasure to speak to you.

Thanks for coming on and we'll probably see you in a couple of days.

Could this stadium really be hosting championship football next season?

We'll examine exactly what that would mean for Spurs, their finances and whether it would eliminate any chance of a potential takeover.

All right, let's get to one of the most asked questions surrounding Spurs' current predicament.

What would the cost of relegation be to the championship?

So tell us, what sort of state are Spurs in at the moment?

Well, just a few days ago, Spurs released their latest accounts, which cover last season.

And if we have a look at those accounts, you can see that they posted record revenues.

So their revenues were up 7% from ยฃ528 million to ยฃ565 million.

That makes them one of the top 10 richest clubs in the world.

Matchday income at their stadium was up 20% to ยฃ126 million.

Only big, big clubs like Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, for instance, have higher matchday revenue than Tottenham.

What really stands out for me is their commercial revenue.

Almost 50% of the money they make comes from sponsorship deals, merchandising and also stadium events.
