I definitely think retaining Brian Dayball is the right route here. He appears to me still to be a good coach. He's been working with not a lot, so I don't know about the GM situation, but Dayball is the type of guy that I think if they let him go, he would be interviewed immediately for at least that coaching jobs or go get another OC job.

Zach Taylor drives me crazy. I don't know that he is a bad coach. Like, I'm not saying he is just bad. You should fire him. But he definitely makes very bad decisions.
