And then the last thing we're doing, just in our first year kind of temple projects, is a study with UC Berkeley and the Greater Good Science Center on the science of collective dance, collective awe, so that doctors can begin prescribing social dance experiences that are sober to their patients as an antidote for loneliness, depression, isolation, and anxiety.

And you have to belong to yourself first. And so I have this whole compass of belonging, which is sort of a directional map that you can sort of like do for yourself. So whenever you're feeling lonely, you can just sort of ground in and you can say, okay, Alyssa, you know, in this moment, I'm feeling out of belonging. Let me just get into my compass. The north is the spiritual realm.
