I swear to God, this is going to sound like tortured, but it has like better prepared me to deal with failures in my life. Like the things I'm saying to you, oh, like you got to figure out what you did well so you can build off of that. You know, every rep, you got to just like have a cornerback mentality and reset and think about and like then also be honest about yourself when you failed.

You got to focus on process. I don't think I would have said any of that stuff when I was younger and I was like equally competitive and allergic to failure. So you know what? Growth. I look at this and I see growth.

They do some of the most amazing work of any nonprofit I've ever witnessed. So Hayes, who we talked about, was really involved in them as well early on.

I mean, $50,000 is pretty, especially like kind of when I got to visit them and hear about what the money was going to do, it made me feel a lot better about this. You're getting me at the right time.
