And you wouldn't believe how much you can sweat in 10 minutes and like really feel the burn.
Like when I was speaking to her and I was like...
you know, I really don't have much time.
She's like, all you need is 10 minutes every day.
I tried it just two days ago and I was like, wow, I'm really into it.
Because I used to do more intense workouts, Pilates, yoga and things like that.
But for now, I'm just committing myself to the 10 minute quickie workout.
no they're different so she has this app the sculpt society app and so it's like different exercise so she's like doing these arm exercises and then she's doing like little like it looks easy but when you're actually on the floor doing it like leg lifts and like you can put an ankle weight on or you can use a little hand weight and things like that it's really intense and I was like
okay, I can actually feel that this is doing something.
And then because, you know, I get up at five, so I'll like do my meditation or do that.
If I have time, recently I've been jumping in the sauna for 15 minutes after my workout to kind of sweat it out, which I feel like is really beneficial for your health.
I feel like kind of energized after doing it, to be honest.
Then I'll have my shower, do my skincare routine.
I'm obsessed with our foaming cleanser, which we actually sell one every nine minutes.
