Yeah, I struggle with that a lot.

It's odd.

You know, I've been trying to unpack recently not being given an opportunity by someone else and why career success that I make doesn't hit the same as something that is given to me.

So I think it comes down from me getting my show from a radio network and getting approval from this corporation who have a board, who have advertisers and they back you and you get marketing and you get PR.

as opposed to me launching the Mitch Turi chat show independently with Acast, who have been amazing.

But then everyone's like, you must be so happy.

Did it not feel as like?

No.

Yeah.

No, and I still, to this day, it's odd.

I speak to people.

I was talking to Rachel Corbett, who runs Nova Podcasting.

She's amazing.

Oh, yeah.

And she was like, oh, you know, I remember when I had that moment when I left wherever she left and she's like, and I went, yep, it all worked out.

And I'm so glad that happened.

And I was like, oh, I haven't had that.

But I think the person that I am won't really ever allow it to happen or I don't know what – I'm struggling to understand what job I'd be given or what would have to happen to me for me to go, yeah.

Yeah, or I'm glad I got made redundant from my dream job.
