Yeah, I mean, it's a huge part of the work.
For a lot of them, there may be a lot of shame and stigma attached to the diagnosis.
So for me, it kind of just tells them, hey, you're in good company.
It's one thing to read the criteria or the symptoms on a piece of paper.
It's another to really be able to share, hey, this is what this actually looks like in real life.
And here's some things that I've tried or the research shows to be helpful.
I have found an enormous community of folks with ADHD across the US through school, through different groups, social connections.
So surrounding yourself with more people you can really be yourself and unmask with is just so helpful.
