And I would say when I work with my clients, without me even saying anything to you, if I were to follow you around for one day, you had Mona on your shoulder as you went around through your day from the morning until you went to bed at night. And most people are like, oh, OK, well, here we go. And they can write out a list. And by no means do you have to start by stripping away all of those things at the same time. Start with one thing. You know, simple thing for me that I've been working on is like just cutting back on coffee. I love coffee.

Oh, my God. I love the flavor, the aroma, the ritual, everything about it. But I'm also somebody like my adrenals need a lot of support. Like I tend to get wired really, really, really quickly. And I see it manifest on my laps. Right. So just start with the one thing. And I think maybe to simplify things like because I I wonder when people hear you and I speak.

I go to bed at 9.30 because it just feels good for the season that I'm in right now. And I'm really focusing on, you know... energy. Like I just want my body to heal. I had mold exposure a couple of years ago and it's just been a doozy just healing from that. So still coming back into balance. So are you sleeping? There's a lot of trackers out there.

I wear an Oura ring, there's whoop bands, there's all these things, but like they're worth the investment because you can see, are you getting deep sleep? You can look at your heart rate variability. So the variability in your actual heartbeat to see how that adjusts and shifts during times of stress. Are you breathing?

Like for a lot of my clients on a call, I'll say, can you just like take a breath? Oh yeah. They're just like, take a deep breath. Are you breathing properly? We're all so stressed or busier than ever before. We're like taking these short, shallow breaths every day when we can shift our nervous system just by breathing. The other really surprising one is are you chewing your food?
Like for a lot of my clients on a call, I'll say, can you just like take a breath? Oh yeah. They're just like, take a deep breath. Are you breathing properly? We're all so stressed or busier than ever before. We're like taking these short, shallow breaths every day when we can shift our nervous system just by breathing. The other really surprising one is are you chewing your food?
Like if you have digestive issues, let me see if you're chewing your food. Then break down the food before it gets into the stomach. You're going to be taking a whole lot of stress off your digestive system, right?
