Are you energized?

Do you have muscle pain? Just feel into your body and whether or not you feel good. And think about what your goals are. My goals in my 20s and 30s obviously are very different than now. Now...

We're looking at our Lp , for example. A lot of that has to do with the genetic precursor, like you and I probably have. You have an Italian background, I have an East Indian background. It's something that's prevalent. Then you want to look at your triglycerides also. What's that number like? You want to look at your particle sizes. You want to look at your HbA1c as well.

You want to look at your C-reactive protein, like key inflammatory markers that tells us whether or not your body is under a state of stress. You're probably not understanding why the number on the scale goes up. why you're having certain food cravings, why your hormones are off, why your testosterone is dropping, right? It's like you've got to find the source of the inflammation in order to figure that out.
