that you can't create laws or pursue certain subsets of the press and treat them differently than other ones.
And what I am seeing quite clearly is that independent journalists are being targeted by this administration because to Charles's point,
they've already killed off the mainstreams.
I mean, at the point that you let yourself get kept out of the oval, kept out of the briefing room, and you don't sue immediately, and you aren't protesting every day, and you aren't refusing to do anything that has anything to do with the media, they're winning.
They're winning the mainstream battle, but there are protections already in place in the law.
And I think one of the cases is Grosjean.
I don't remember the name of it now, but my point is this has been addressed over and over again as the look of the media and the look of reporting and the press started to grow and evolve and change.
And the Supreme Court over and over again has said, well, no, you can't mandate that the government turn over this or this.
And you have to go with the Freedom of Information Act.
So they've made certain limits.
But in other areas, they're saying, no, you can't go after Joy and Don because they don't work for CBS or MSNBC or ABC.
They haven't said it the way that I just said it.
But that's the law that I'm looking for.
So I hope somebody suits.
