I think it was, right.
And he would just like start to drift off.
And then he'd drop his keys and wake him up.
And sort of that liminal space in between sleep and dreaming is like when he would have his best ideas.
Yeah.
I wonder why that is.
Yeah.
I mean, because what I really think it is, is that it introduces novel ideas because when we're awake, our left brain hemispheric functions are very, like our linear way of thinking, putting things into boxes, categorizing things, expectations.
Yeah.
And then when you start to fall asleep, you enter into more of a right hemispheric mode.
And so the sort of the filtering mechanism is much more relaxed.
So stuff that you might not have thought about before is able to come through.
That makes sense.
Yeah.
And that's why I think, you know, people who have like schizophrenia or psychosis, very similar, that filter is very thin for them.
Very briefly.
When I have more time, I'd like to do it.
Yeah, same.
Yeah, I think I did it for maybe like a week or something.
But you got to do it for like nine months at least.
