People in power.

They know that people aren't going to be persuaded by arguments or whatever.
They have to tap into the reptilian brain, the autonomic fight or flight.
That's why there's so much fear, division, hate, because it puts humanity in a trauma response.
And then they're going to do whatever someone says.
So, yeah, people know about that.
