Jesus blinds the parents for complaining.
So it sounds really bad, right?
That guy was ruthless.
Yeah.
It didn't sound good.
It sounds like he's this evil, you know, child.
Um, but when you actually look at it, cause you know, I always look at these stories in terms of symbolism, like what's it actually trying to teach.
And when you look at it, even though it's presented in a very violent way, um, it's really interesting because what it's showing is basically like, so in the beginning, when Jesus is playing in the mud, he, he creates 12 little clay sparrows and then gives them life and they fly away.
This is obviously an allegory for the 12 disciples.
Right.
And so there's stuff like that hidden throughout.
And so what's essentially happening is that Jesus is considered the logos or the word.
And the word is sort of like the programming code of reality.
So Jesus is the word, the code of reality instantiated into an individual.
So whatever he says becomes real.
That's why when he tells a kid, you're not going to finish where you're going, he drops dead.
He tells another, you know, tells the parents they won't be able to see.
Anything he says, whether it's good or bad, basically happens because he represents the underlying structure or code of reality.
And this is further shown later when a teacher wants to teach Jesus his ABCs, basically.
He wants to teach Christ the ABCs.
