I think their tier two scene, amateur scene, gets damaged by it being so top-heavy.
I think Counter-Strike is one of the few esports where I feel like there's actually a healthy and thriving tier two circuit of teams and players filtering in and out.

You could tell it seems like they want to put a lot of emphasis on Astana as like a new kind of like, like home event almost for PGL.
I think last year probably exposed to a lot of teams how important it is to be able to game the VRS system out.
There were a lot of teams who were able to have a lot easier of a time with their scheduling because they were able to organize things in advance and pick and choose and be a little bit more targeted.
And you see teams like 3D Max who didn't really do the targeting and Aurora in the first season as well and both of them just being completely fucking burnt out by just kind of going through the entire gamut of events instead of having a more strategic approach to the calendar.
