Well, and the important thing you said there is what is your strategy for repaying it?
Because most people don't have one.
They're just whatever the bank is deducting.
Yeah, and that's the way to pay the most to the bank, far more than you will ever save, quibbling about whether you've got 4.4 or 4.45, right?
Yeah.
And that is a result that's worth it, right?
When you're talking about numbers like that, you're like, oh yeah, that's compelling.
I can get on board with that.
