It's not coming up to train with your team.
It's coming up to train with your family.
Like, it's just, it's beautiful here.
Yeah, so I'm Nadine and I am secretary for the female side of the club.
That's my role.
And do you play Nadine or do you coach?
I play and I help out with under 13 girls, the team that are actually playing there behind us.
Yeah, so I seen the email come through and then Mick Finn, who's a massive advocate for our club, for the female side, sent the email out and I got on to Julie and I said, will we go in?
And yeah, went in together and it was a brilliant programme.
Yeah, to be honest, just going in to get extra knowledge.
But when I went in, I wasn't expecting to learn a lot that I would put into my own match days.
I thought I was like, oh, I'll get loads for the under-13s.
And then it was so much that I learned for me on game days.
Oh, no way, like what?
Even just the times you eat before a match, I would have thought it was a lot easier.
closer to a game and then they had this timetable where it was spread out and I was like wow or like your water intake anything there was just so much information that I learned for me and them it was a great program
Yeah, definitely a big difference.
And when Julie, Melissa and Emma did that Elevate You programme as well to do the pilot programme, there's been a massive difference.
