My disappointment, I always have it and I'll never give up on it, is guns.

A four-letter word, guns.

Guns.

That children would be dying in a classroom, that families, just the saddest thing.

But it's about two things.

That politicians should think that their political survival is more important than the survival of children and families in our country.

And that the gun industry, I'm not talking about

lobbyists here, I'm talking about the gun industry with endless big money just deciding that they are going to have it their way at the cost of lives in our country so they can make a profit.

And it's a global issue too.

I mean, you understand that guns are very a border issue as well.

They don't care.

They just care about making money.

So it's money and power

I say to my colleagues in the House all the time, no matter what title they have bestowed upon me, speaker, leader, whip, there has been no greater honor for me than to stand on the House floor and say, I speak for the people of San Francisco.

I have truly loved serving as your voice in Congress, and I've always honored the soul of St.

Francis.

No, I don't agree with that at all.

I think that we are a reflection of our country.

We are a beautiful, diverse country.
