She was a kind child.

She was empathetic.

And she was she was understanding to a degree that you wouldn't normally see.

And this sounds odd, but that you wouldn't normally witness in any younger kid.

And I suppose a lot of that was.

And so I share with permission, our son has an autoimmune condition and.

And so there were frequent trips to Cromlin Temple Street, lots of overstays, lots of appointments.

And she was just so understanding.

There was never this struggle for, you know, what about me?

But where am I?

There was an understanding that that's how it was.

And she was so empathetic in that.

She always wanted to help.

And...

I had quite a bit of illness just after we had Conan and required multiple surgeries and thankfully I'm good now.

But Alice was wanting to help.

There was never this struggle or vie for attention and she carried that into her school years as well.

And Alice shared, I think, that she did suffer some bullying in school.

And I think that a lot of that was downplayed by Alice in her endeavour not to add to the other stressors that were happening at home.

So I guess, had we known the extent of some of the bullying, the nastiness, or not even that, the extent...
