that they are God, that they are consciousness, that they are this beautiful energy, having a momentary human experience and that they can use the mind when they need it, pick it up, put it down and stay awake. And this is happening. And we have the opportunity, those of us that have fallen asleep, but then we start to have a wake up process where things become uncomfortable.

It's most often we start to have discomforts, like strong emotions, like depression or feeling stuck in life. And like our outer reality is just stuck. We don't have enough money or we attract the partners that abuse us or don't help us to shine. And they're all just mirrors of these patterns that are running in the mental layers. And so we start to awaken.

We start to realize this is not what I want. There must be something more. These questions are so good when we start to ask, who am I? Where am I observing life from? And that's where we come back into this conscious, awake state as the observer.

Yes, it's a beautiful ebb and flow. Because we are truth. We are God. We are universe. And that can never be taken away. So we're never not in the light is us. And it's not that it goes away. It's there. But what happens is our attention, our awareness gets drawn into the mind and the human experience.

And so what it feels like is that we've disconnected or that we're not experiencing as deeply or strongly like seeing colors or feeling the tingles and the goosebumps and the energies that run through us. There are moments in our life where we feel less and that's okay. Whatever you are experiencing is meant to be. It's a divine perfection. to never to worry or be concerned.

All that needs to happen is to have the awareness of it so you notice, ah, so I'm not seeing or feeling or experiencing as deeply as I once did. And just by having that realization, something's going to shift and it's going to start to come back and you're going to experience it in a different way and open up for it to come back deeper. What it is, the awareness. Awareness is meditation.
