listed in their funding, so this is research that is potentially, in some cases definitely, but in some cases it's a gray area, being done in China, certainly conducted by researchers from this lab, and it's tax dollars from the Navy, the Department of Energy, and the National Science Foundation going and supporting this work.

So, like I was saying, it's part of this broader just pro-collaboration view because they don't view this laboratory.

Frankly, I think the bureaucrats who are okaying this stuff, they don't even understand or they're bought off.
