Then there were speeches to, you know, to introduce them and more speeches.
And it turns out I was moved.
I got a little choked up.
I got inspired.
Oh, wow.
Even the last speech was maybe the best speech.
Wow.
Really funny.
Really funny.
And then there was one, and this person left me with a bit of meaningful advice.
It was a woman who was being inducted for her lacrosse career, and she was around my age, graduated around the same time.
And she said, you know what?
When I think back about my career, and she's being inducted to being this great player,
She's I can't think of one personal accomplishment.
I don't remember the score of any game that I played in or anything like that.
But I do remember Thursday nights at like the whatever hall where all the teammates got together and we would watch friends.
And it was just like it was a really great.
You know, it's just like how much it's what matters to you.
And all these people gave speeches about their friends and the people they met at college.
And it really just goes to show that when we look back on life, it really is the most meaningful connections that we have that matter most.
