Really?

Hi, first of all, just wanted to say I love the show.

I'm a religious three day a week listener.

I've got a bit of a money dilemma for you.

It's more career related.

So I'm 26 and I've spent the past like five years moving jobs a lot to try and find the right fit.

And I think the industry and the job that I've finally found my place in and feel really, you know, fulfilled in it is really fun and exciting.

However, my salary is quite low and the room for growth seems quite limited.

For context, my job is part of a team with strict salary plus commission structure, so asking for a rise is off the table.

I've been at my job now for almost a year and a half, but I'm really stressed about my salary getting me to the places I want to be and paying for things in the next five to ten years, like...

planning maternity leave and weddings and everything like that.

So my dilemma is, do you stay in a job you love and are finally happy, but sacrifice your money goals?

Or do you leave and try yet again in another role or industry with more pay?

Any guidance or help would be really appreciated.
