what's uh what's going on with mouse and he says um at one point he says he got hit by a car got up and hit it back i love that i had forgotten so it's so good do you remember that moment in in that i can't remember which book it is but him getting hit by the car and we really think he's dead like there's a real moment and i remember just being so devastated yep
And I kind of thought, like, maybe he'll turn out to be okay, but I didn't expect that.
He's going to be so okay that he is going to fuck up the person who hit him, which is basically what happens.
And Harry's like, he is that, too.
And, you know, some could argue that's the thing that comes in the most useful the most often, actually.
You guys, I never saw it in my future.
And now that I have dogs, I'm never...
ever going without a dog again for the rest of my life.
That's just it.
That's a wrap on that.
Never ever doing it without a dog again.
The joy that they bring, even when shit is so bad, even when they are the one that pissed me off.
And then they like give you a look and they just like lean their head on you and look at you and you're just like, oh my God, life is worth living and everything is going to be okay.
And you just have this moment of just, it's all right and it's all going to be all right.
Then of course you have the moments of like one day this dog will die and I will have to go on without them.
And you just like shrivel up a little bit, but you know, they are, they bring such intense joy at a level that I can only imagine is like approaching what a lot of people feel about their children, which I have no interest in whatsoever.
So I'm glad that I have something that I can access.
That's like giving a bit of that without, you know, the debt, emotional damage and,
You can do dogs in apartments, but they have to be quite small and trained in such a way that they're not going to bark if you have to leave for work and ruin your neighbor's day.
