I get real mad.
I was just talking about this with Miles the other day coming down here to Texas where they take their barbecue so seriously.
And I've had like one good barbecue meal since I've been here.
Is it all sweet?
They put sugar in the baked beans.
They put sugar in the coleslaw.
Everything is sweet and it's so too much.
Not that I even like coleslaw anyway, but like the first time that I made myself try it and it was sweet, I was so revolted.
And the baked beans are annoying because not everybody sweetens them like that.
So I want to give them a chance.
But sometimes it's literally like they are like a syrup.
It's beans in a syrup.
What are you fucking psychos doing?
Well, this is like, I like it when it's good, but it often is like, oh, all you need to do is put sauce on it and grill it.
And now it's magic.
And it's like, no, you have to know how to cook meat and cooking meat well isn't easy, even though people seem to think it is.
I mean, you cannot beat a really nice batch of ribs or pork belly.
I love beef ribs as well.
