I thought one thing. underrated aspect of Sirianni was the year before they won that first Super Bowl run, so that would have been 21, he benched himself as a play caller. Because they were struggling the first four or five weeks, I want to say it was, and then they had a bye. And they launched from there, and then they got A.J. Brown and continued the next year. Steichen's now a head coach.

Usually what you see is the opposite. Oh, I'm taking it away from him. He's fine. He's the first one in front of me in the fire going, yeah. He's the human meat shield for me. And I kind of look back then. I respect him for that because not a lot of head coaches would do that, especially ones that you know, finally get their first head coaching job.
