So there's 10 pounds that show up. And the problem is that every year you tend to add one or two pounds. Extra pounds to that. And now you add to the fact that you're stressed out because your kids or whatever, and then your parents need you more and you've got a career on the go and you've got all this stress. So now the cortisol builds and like this, this kind of perfect storm happens.

So the GLP-1s for women, postmenopausal women are incredibly powerful. But we have to be able to do all the things we just talked about. We have to be eating a protein forward diet. We have to be hydrating, getting the fiber in, getting to the gym, like doing all that stuff. But the first time I used a GLP-1, it took me, it wasn't even a year though.

I mean, it was pretty good, but I had also dialed in my nutrition and dialed in all the things. But it took at least nine months for me to drop about 12 pounds that I really didn't need. Wow. And then by keeping it off for the next, I'm going to say, I mean, keeping it off for quite a long time after that, you allow, like the hypothalamus resets your set point over time.

It's also a reminder. Oh, guess what? You got lazy. Guess what? You thought you could just have a croissant every time you go by the store. You thought you could have pizza every time you want it. I can have pizza. But it's a slippery slope. As you start to let that stuff back into your life, you go from once a month to once a week to once twice a week to, oh, well, what the hell?

And then you end up in a situation where you're really stressed out and the wrong people quit on your team and you're barely keeping the wheels on the bus and you wake up two weeks later and you're like, uh-oh. How the hell did we get back here again? Right.
