And you I learned a lot from the community. I learned a lot from the doctors and the people in the peptide space who became my mentors. I did the like there's the A4. You know, I bought the A4M certificate first level certification. Yeah. Like, you know, you consume the challenges. There wasn't at the time a lot of information, formal education out there.

And so, you know, to that degree now, I don't practice, right? I educate people and I educate people to a point. But when it comes to personal use for people who have problems like issues, medical issues, I do not. consult with those people anymore. I direct them to physicians who can help them or professionals who can help them. But I'm very clear about my lane. Right.

And sometimes I will go knock on a door for them and help connect them to the person they need to connect to.
